Pour ce faire, nous utilisons une unit\u00e9 centrale avec plusieurs sorties. Nous y raccordons toutes les pi\u00e8ces humides. Chaque sortie est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&#8217;un clapet et d&#8217;un capteur. Le capteur mesure en permanence la qualit\u00e9 de l&#8217;air dans la pi\u00e8ce. Lorsque la qualit\u00e9 de l&#8217;air est insuffisante, le ventilateur extrait davantage. Les clapets garantissent que seules les pi\u00e8ces n\u00e9cessaires sont ventil\u00e9es. L&#8217;oxyg\u00e8ne frais entre par les grilles des fen\u00eatres. Les pi\u00e8ces sont soumises \u00e0 une pression n\u00e9gative, ce qui entra\u00eene l&#8217;ouverture des grilles et l&#8217;entr\u00e9e d&#8217;air frais.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un <strong>syst\u00e8me de ventilation D<\/strong>, nous allons fournir un ventilateur suppl\u00e9mentaire (\u00e0 impulsion) et un \u00e9changeur de chaleur. Le tout dans un seul appareil. Nous allons \u00e9galement raccorder les pi\u00e8ces s\u00e8ches \u00e0 l&#8217;unit\u00e9. Nous aspirerons l&#8217;air frais de l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur, qui passera par l&#8217;\u00e9changeur de chaleur pour atteindre les espaces de vie secs. Dans l&#8217;\u00e9changeur de chaleur, cet air froid sec croisera l&#8217;air chaud humide. L&#8217;air froid de l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur est ainsi pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 par la chaleur r\u00e9siduelle de l&#8217;air int\u00e9rieur.
